Denomination: Rosso Venezie IGT Vinification and refinement:The grapes are carefully hand-picked up and withered in the Fruttaio for two months. The vinification is carried out through a prolonged skin contact at a controlled temperature. At the end of the fermentation the wine is poured into oak barrels and casks where it waits for one year by achieving smoothness and unique notes. Alcohol content: 14% vol. Colour: Intense ruby-red with reflexes tending to garnet red Bouquet: Complex and intense with spicy and vanilla notes and with a strong aroma of mature red fruits Taste: Round and full-bodied, smooth and elegant. Food matches: Red meat and game. Perfect also with mature cheese and as meditation wine. Serving temperature: 16-18° C after having poured it into a decanter
